Last night on the deck of La Cote I met up with Kelly Ripa.

She is sooo nice and gracious. She greeted people warmly. Such a lively spirit.

The Regis and Kelly show was live all this week at Fontainebleau for their morning talk show.

Native Hoop magazine Coming Soon

Mandy Reyes (Pima) and James Morales (Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians) are the creators of Native Hoop.

Native Hoop wants to promote all native people and their endeavors. The idea comes from there being not a whole lot of places that are just for natives.

With so many new age outlets, its a place to build a platform to work toward the targeted issues.

The social network at ning.com was the focal point to reach out across the country. There is also a Native Hoop radio station is in the works.

Countess LuAnne de Lesseps

The countess is half Native American (Mic-Mac) and grew up in Conneticut.


She is a fixture on Bravo TV's 'Real Housewives of New York City'. It airs Tuesdays at 10p EST.


She just released a book called 'Class with the Countess: How to Live with Elegance and Flair' that aims to make suggestion on how to handle yourself with poise in situations.


The Countess title comes from her husband Alexandre Count de Lesseps.

Ghost of Gloria wins Battle of the Bands

Various Hard Rock cafes hosted Ambassadors of Rock Battle of the Band contests.

Ghost of Gloria won the regional contest in Florida.

Next step, Get judged by panel in Orlando. This is where they choose the top five bands that will be featured on hardrock.com for the public to vote for.

The winner of the Ambassadors of Rock Battle of the Bands will play at Hard Rock Calling in Hyde Park, London with headliners The Killers and Neil Young.
